Keynote Presenter: JT Lane

J.T. Lane serves as Senior Vice President for Population Health and Innovation of ASTHO, the national nonprofit organization representing the public health leaders and agencies of the United States, the U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. He leads a team and portfolio of programs focused on state and territorial efforts on public health data modernization, public health data and technology policy, public health system research and business intelligence, rural health, primary care, and health system integration, as well as Medicaid and health plan engagements.

He has more than 20 years of private and public sector population health, health care, and social sector experience, including 8 years of progressive leadership roles in Louisiana’s cabinet agency on health. As a sought after health strategy leader, he has also supported a variety of local, national, and global organizations, including government, commercial, non-profit, and philanthropic entities in population health, health care and human services with market analysis, strategic planning and implementation, performance improvement, stakeholder engagement, program and policy development, and public-private partnership development. He serves on a variety of committees and groups to advance health for all Americans, including the America’s Health Rankings Advisory Committee, among others.

Summit Facilitator: Bill Goodwin

Before becoming an entrepreneurial leadership partner, certified Scaling Up coach, leadership team developer and facilitator, Bill spent 20+ years running and transforming four different entrepreneurial organizations, ranging from 20 to 400 employees, $2 million to $180 million in revenue, and across multiple different industries including healthcare, data analytics, e-commerce and manufacturing. Most recently, Bill took over as CEO of a national telehealth company, significantly scaled the business over a couple of years, completed a successful exit by selling the company to Walmart in 2021 and subsequently led virtual care nationally for Walmart.

Twice named one of the top 100 CEOs in Phoenix, Bill has a passion for helping founders, CEOs, and their leadership teams transform their companies into high-performance, aligned organizations that consistently execute a vision with discipline, accountability and passion. Additionally, Bill works with diverse groups of stakeholders to create breakthrough ideas that result in tangible, positive outcomes.

Bill completed his Master’s in Business Administration at the prestigious Thunderbird University’s MBA program and holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Colorado State University.  Originally from Colorado with stops in New Jersey and Kansas City, Bill has lived for the last fifteen years in Arizona with his wife, three kids and two dogs.
